The Manager conducts client tax and engagement planning, works directly with clients on business improvements/strategies, manages client engagements, works to improve engagement efficiency and ensure client satisfaction with the process and result. In performing these tasks the manager supervises staff on the project and acts as a mentor to them. As a primary client contact, expansion of client portfolio and account services is also expected. Managers are expected to be experienced in attestation engagements and/or tax disciplines and are solid in their business knowledge to enhance the value they bring to the client partnership.
